Burns & McBride did a stellar job removing a 20+ year old oil furnace and replacing with a new oil furnace to provide emergency heat for the new heat pump system! Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs! They also installed a heat pump water heater that is so efficient it doesn't even register on the EPA scale on the unit!

They responded to my emergency call on a Sunday. Ryan was professional and answered all my question. Great experience! Unfortunately the AC unit was beyond repair. Representative came on Monday and reviewed numerous options with price points. I did not feel pressured to get the highest price option. Found an option in my range and installed it Wednesday.The installation team was on time, Oscar and his crew were quick and thorough, cleaned up and spent time reviewing the completed installation with me, answering all my questions.. kudos Responsive and professional!
